Every piece that leaves our studio is crafted with love and care. We ensure that each item is thoughtfully made, thoroughly inspected, and carefully packaged — complete with a handwritten love note — before it reaches you. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we're here to help you find your perfect fit.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at Help@seishunapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and the reason for return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please ensure you follow the instructions provided and ship the item back within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Tags and original packaging must be intact

The item must be shipped back within 7 days from the delivery date

Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Check team will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, your exchange or store credit will be processed accordingly.

Refund Policy

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Instead, store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code or gift card for future use.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase due to size issues, defects, or other valid reasons, we will issue store credit in the form of a coupon code or gift card equal to the value of the returned item(s).

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

It can be redeemed against any item available on our website

Important Notes

Items sent back without prior email communication will not be accepted and will need to be collected by the customer.

Items once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.

Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All return/exchange requests must be handled via email.
